The process of designing a website, creating that special logo, or knowing exactly what you’re paying for can be very intimidating! especially if you’re just starting your company. We are located in Houston, TX. We don’t work out of a traditional office; we prefer to go where you are. When face-to-face meetings are needed, we go to the location you are most comfortable with. If we can handle business strictly through phone calls and emails, that works also.

For print orders, a 50% deposit is due before the design will begin, and the remaining balance is due upon your approval of the design. If you are supplying Genix Web Solutions with the complete design to print, the full payment is due before printing will take place.
For web design, a 50% deposit is due when the contract is signed, 25% is due upon approval of the web design, and the remaining 25% is due before the website is uploaded to your server.
Genix Web Solutions accepts cash, check (made out to Genix Web Solutions), money orders, and all major credit cards via Paypal.
Yes! A few things that will help out the process – send us logos that you feel compliment your style or the company’s style, list color options that you would like to use, provide sketches if you have something in mind, and provide information about what the logo is for. This will help us understand the direction that you want to go. We will then gather this information and begin sketches for your approval.
Genix Web Solutions works closely with you to produce the special idea you're dreaming of. We'll ask for your input every step of the way. So be prepared to answer questions about your favorite colors, your company’s personality, etc. During different periods in the design process, we will submit samples to you to make sure your idea is unfolding how you like it!
Once payment is received, we supply the electronic files via email. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or if you lose your copy.
You do. When the final payment is made, the files and the copyright are yours. Genix Web Solutions, however, reserves the right to include the work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes
Truthfully, it depends on you. If you know exactly what you want, – (colors, feeling, mood, style, etc) – we’ll got right to it. However, if you’re unsure, we’ll work closely with you to make sure we are designing exactly what you want. In short, the entire logo process can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month.
We recommend saving all of your logos as a .PDF. You may also send the file in the following types: jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, eps, and png. We prefer that you send .PDF with embedded or outlined fonts. .PDF's are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around.
If you send us an RGB file, a shift in color can occur. In order to make sure the colors you send are the same colors that are printed, always create artwork as CMYK
For the best quality, your files should be atleast 300 dpi resolution. Always check your settings to make sure you aren’t saving as a low-resolution 72 dpi file.
During the proposal stage, you will receive a breakdown of how long it will take to complete your customized website. Based on the complexity of your website and receiving all of your materials (logos, images, writing, etc), the time can vary. On average, it takes us anywhere from 4-6 weeks to complete a website.
Yes. Whether you just need updates or want the entire site redesigned, we can help you. Simply let us know what features you want added or what text, images, etc. you want changed and we’ll supply a quote for the work.
No. Our prices are the cost of designing and launching your website. Genix Web Solutions will assist you in finding the webhosting package that is best for your company. We recommend hosting with Host Gator, 1&1, or Go Daddy.
Of course! Based on how often you will need updates, you can either purchase a monthly update package or pay per update.
Definitely! If at any time you have questions or issues with the functionality of your website, feel free to contact us at info@genixwebsolutions.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to help out. If any edits need to be made, we’ll supply a quote before doing the work.
The turn-around time will depend on the amount of changes. Once you inform us of the changes, we’ll give you a quote and an estimated completion time. Genix Web Solutions always strives to complete projects in a timely manner.
Once payment has been received, you will have full ownership of all work done on your behalf. However, Genix Web Solutions reserves the right to use any and all work done for use in our professional portfolio.
